Don’t sell them your used equipment. They have unethical business practices. Before sending them 5 items to sell, I asked if any items I didn't agree to the price on would be returned. They said yes and that return shipping would be free of charge. I sent the items and they offered me less than the original quote on 2 items (which I chose to accept) and they offered me zero dollars on 3 items, so I naturally I expected the zero dollar items to be returned. They said I accepted their offer of zero dollars so they would not be returning the items to me and had put them in their inventory. In other words they lied to me and kept my equipment. That is thievery cloaked in fine print. They also offered me substantially less on the two items they had quoted for me during a zoom meeting before I shipped. It's sad how shamelessly KEH takes advantage of people.
