I contacted ATN for a new USB port rubber cover for my Binox. I really didn’t think they would have one it had been a few years since I purchased this product, but to my surprise Kelly Prince from the customer service team was outstanding in providing me a new cover as courtesy replacement no charge. I would like to thank Kelly and ATN for their outstanding customer service. Tim
