I was hesitant to contact customer service about a possible return, as they are an overseas company (not against that, just purely from a logistics standpoint) but I'm glad I did; My representative was SUPER helpful, tried to troubleshoot with me, then offered to replace my unit by sending it to a U.S address all while being completely responsive and nice about everything. High praise to Acacis for both their fine products and excellent customer service!!!
