On May 29,2026 I spoke with Ms Andrea Hairmax Representative and advised her that my original order was allegedly delivered on May 18,2026. I further stated that According to the United States Postal office states that the item was delivered at 501 Mineral St Potosi Mo. Ms Andrea was professional in the entire process in dealing with my situation. She advised me that my request was placed on May 11 and the address submitted was 501 Mineral St Potosi, Mo 63664. I then I advised that I didn’t know what happened, but My address was 501 sunset lane Potosi Mo. I then I also stated that I didn’t order the hair booster but the shampoo. Having stated my case, then she proceeded to verify my address, my request - shampoo , advising that the shampoo was out of stock. But it will be sent to my attention as soon as it becomes available. I can’t thank her enough for the way she handled my case. She is definitely an asset to Hairmax team. I am satisfied customer and without hesitation. Stuttering or equivocation. I will be recommending Hairmax to my friends or anybody with need of hair treatment or beautification.
