Expensive Cube, Poor Quality and Disappointing Support
I purchased this cube as a 10th birthday gift for my son and paid close to $100 for it. Unfortunately, within the first hour of use, the cube broke apart after a very minor drop. My son is an experienced cuber who uses speed cubes regularly and has owned many different cubes over the years. We have never encountered a cube that failed so easily. When I contacted customer service, I did so less than two hours after the package had been delivered. Instead of replacing the cube, they only agreed to send replacement parts for the pieces that appeared to be defective. The replacement parts eventually arrived, but they were also damaged and had come apart inside the package during shipping. We managed to reassemble everything ourselves, but the cube now feels noticeably loose and unstable. It works, but it does not feel solid or premium in any way. For a product costing nearly $100, I expected much better quality control, durability, and customer support. Between the original damage, the cube falling apart from a simple drop, and the replacement parts arriving broken as well, this was a very disappointing experience. I cannot say this product was worth the money.
