Daniel and Sara were great to work with. This is my third financing within two months and they made it happen. I really appreciate their quick communication. I’d would rate all of this as 5 stars but I am holding back 1 star due to the fact that the interest rate lock takes 48 hours to take effect. This is archaic. This is a business transaction, time is of the essence and every bps equates to real money.
