absolute worst experience with storing, retrieving, and customer service. I had to throw out 30% of my furniture as it was broken and covered with mold. There's no way to call Customer Service. You have to request a call which will be returned within 24 to 48 hours. Otherwise you get a generic reply, probably generated by AI. Upon filing claims with pictures, I was paid a $1 per pound of weight. this is how they get you!! They don't really care to keep your stuff in good condition As it's much cheaper to pay at this rate, then actually invest in a decent facility and the well trained staff . I wasted money for pricey storage as well as the furniture itself. I wish I have read similar reviews before I decided to use Clutter.
