This company takes the crown for the WORST courier/logistic company to ever exist. I’ve never experienced unprofessionalism to such an extent. The customer service, when contacted, is extremely inefficient and, on top of that, rude. Their delivery drivers never reach out to you when confused about directions. Rather, they tell the same tale (LIE) of the buyer’s contact being unreachable, resulting in a failed delivery. Speedaf, are you eating people’s packages? If care is not taken, a class action lawsuit will be filed against this company in the near future, and they’ll be throw into obsolescence. Everything about this company disgusts me. I hope shopping platforms can stick to reliable logistic companies instead of choosing cheap, unprofessional vagabonds such as Speedaf.
