Do not use Angi. Read reviews for yourself
I bought a product online and prepaid for Angi to have their technician install the device. the 1st contractor canceled without any notice, when he was 3 hrs late, I looked on Angi app to see it was canceled. the second appointment got cancelled and rescheduled via email, I adjusted my schedule both times and both times nobody showed up. now it's rescheduled for a third time so we'll see what happens on this third time! Update -June 1st I had 3rd appointment today, still a no call no show, no email, no nothing. Angie has a 2.4 rating. next time I will use trustdale or Thumbtack or another company instead of Angi. I believed Angi was a five-star but apparently it is not. I do not recommend using Angie. I would use someone different who's more trustworthy and reliable. read the reviews yourself! Although Angi did provide refund for install $89.00, I'd rather pay and get it done. I want the service not the refund!!!!
