Great printers, Excellent Customer Support!
I now have two QIDI printers. My first one was bought in 2022. Used it for quite a while before getting busy with my day job. As a Regional Sales Manager for a corrugated paper company, I needed to make test equipment for my own use. Recently retired, I will be selling some of my tools, so I brought my I-Fast printer back into operation. May at QIDI was awesome! She sent me updated software and drivers. Was up and running in no time! Honestly, I expected to find support and parts for this old printer to be unavailable. Thank you May! Also bought a Max 4 printer. Wow! Awesome speed increase in the past 4 years! Had a minor issue during startup that was 100% my mistake. May helped me get super-fast response. First test print came out flawless (PET G). Charlie
