The call was a raging success, and all my goals achieved (even surpassed), but it was the manner in which this was accomplished, to wit, the perfect blend of professionalism and compassion by one Nicole Griffin. Allow me to explain. Late in 2016 my best friend, Ted Rapone, and his wife, Cathy, purchased a Cyclone Rake, and true to Ted's philosophy of investing in the best, a host of attachments to enhance the yard care experience. Of course, Ted took exceptional care of his Rake, keeping it in tip-top shape, always well maintained and garaged to protect it from the elements when not in use. Fast forward to present day events. Ted went home to be with his Lord this past March, and Cathy, his beloved companion during his stay on planet earth, has decided she no longer has need for the rake. Enter me. I offered to engage in helping Cathy to place her Rake on the market and decided to see if a call to Woodland Power Products would be of value. More like invaluable. If you folks are so blessed to have employees with the likes Nicole, you are blessed indeed. She went above and beyond to provide every means available, providing Cathy with information that would enable her to get top dollar for the sale of her equipment. Thank you, Nicole. Thank you, Woodland. Good job.
