Two thumbs up for Click2Refund
Last summer our Air France flight from Sicily to Ottawa, through Paris, was delayed and rerouted through Toronto for mechanical reason. Click2Refund made us aware that we were eligible for up to $600 Euros each for my spouse and myself for our delay, and explained that if we won their fee would be 29% of the awarded amount and that it could take 2 to 3 months for the case to complete.
