C7 Chair broken and replaced within a week!
I ordered a standing desk + C7 chair combo about a year ago, and the chair had broke on me a few days before this post. I reached out to customer service with proof of the damage and they immediately offered me a replacement, came in a few days later! Excellent experience and response time for someone who works from home and needs an office chair.
