They won´t make you a refund no matter what they say
I bought easU recovery because a psd document i needed for work had been damaged, hoping i could repair it . I bought the monthly suscription and immediatly tried it, after several tries, the psd kept showing the same error, no matter what I did. I tried contacting the support team hoping they could either solve the problem or give me a refund just hours after buying the license, but after not being able to give me any solutions and several mails asking for a refund, I started receiving predetermined responses completely ignoring what i was saying in the mails. At first the responses seemed kind and genuinely interested but that was clearly just a facade I´m very disappointed.
