Post sale customer support is awful
Post sale customer support is awful, i had emailed them 2 days ago with no response. I spoke on the chat but they said they only help pre sales customers not post sales customers. They did however say they would pass the message onto them and I kept getting back to them on the chat about 5 times saying they haven't contacted me yet, they would say they will get back to me in 4 hours, then 2 more hours.
