I've been using Simpler and have been very pleased with the experience. As a busy physician, one of the things I value most is simplicity and efficiency. Frankly, I have never enjoyed the long and often cumbersome process associated with hair coloring products. Your approach has made the process remarkably straightforward and convenient. More importantly, I've been impressed by what you've built as an entrepreneur. It takes vision and persistence to identify a common problem, simplify it, and create a product that genuinely improves the customer experience. That is not easy to do. I thought you might appreciate hearing from a customer who recognizes the effort that goes into building something from scratch.
