Doogee customer service is slow at responding and does not actually fix any phone issues. Their service is bad. My phone does not receive photos, links, or group chats. I have emailed them within 2-3 months of buying to try and fix the issue they never resolved it. I emailed a second time and they still could not fix the defected phone. I asked for a refund and they said they will only give me half refund and I have to pay for shipping... Then officially today the screen breaks from just dropping it! I bought this phone because I thought it was rugged and the screen would not break!!! Well the company is false advertising, bad product and bad customer service. Don't buy!
