Amazed by Customer Service and Product
I was initially skeptical about the product as a faulty unit was delivered but customer support has been excellent in quickly getting it replaced with a brand new unit. I am happy with the product both Aircon and TV. Most importantly its the customer service who were displaying good attitude and getting on to the issue and addressing timely. If this type of customer service is continued then Prism+ will become the No:1 Brand in Singapore if not already. Kudos to the team :-)
