Airpaz refused my emergency hospital…
Airpaz refused my emergency hospital letter to cancel my upcoming flight from Perth to Bali with Transnusaair. I am now having problems with Air Paz trying to get a refund . I paid for travel insurance which is also not being honoured online. Nowhere to submit the benefit what ever that is. I have asked Air Paz to explain what a voluntary refund is. They refuse. !! They are being ridiculous. Do not book this airline with them. I am considering sueing them. Australia
