Not reliable store! Don’t buy from them!
Very disappointing experience with Beautyhouse.com. I purchased a perfume and, instead of receiving a new product in its original packaging, I received a tester in an already opened box. When I contacted customer service, they refused to accept a return, claiming that returns are not allowed because the box was opened. The problem is that I received the product that way. It was not in its original sealed packaging and was clearly a tester, not the item I paid for. Buying a product and receiving something different is unacceptable, and refusing a return under these circumstances is even worse. I would strongly recommend being cautious when purchasing from this company. In my experience, you may not receive what you ordered, and if there is a problem, you may have no way to return it.
