I called with an issue on a product I purchased several years ago not expecting that much could be done about it. I had two early IR850 lights that came with two X-Sight 4K Pro 5x20 scopes that had failed and didn't understand why. Kelly Prince was extremely helpful in reaching a resolution and helping me replace them. I'm impressed with how she assisted me in making sure the issue was resolved without me asking for anything. She is an excellent representative for ATN in making sure the customer doesn't feel like they're out of luck on dealing with something they're unhappy about.
