Received Spider-Man suit in very poor condition with at least 8 frey marks over the suit. I placed the costume onto a mannequin taking photos of the damaged suit and reached out to the company. The company then had the hyde to attempt to blame the damages on me fresh out of the bag! The company’s solution was that I purchase another suit and they’ll apply a 10% discount ! Umm excuse me ? I won’t be buying from here ever again. If you’d like a one time use cheap costume go with these guys , but be aware that as part of them trying to blame damages on me they said wear and tear !! Sorry I just received the item so no that’s not why it’s damaged - it’s damaged because it was tried on !!! No sorry never even got to that stage , and if the quality of your product is that poor that trying on a suit would cause damage? You must be selling a really poor quality item. So if you buy from these guys and it goes wrong your on your own and have been warned. Not only will they not help you they will try to blame everything on you !
