Speedaf Nigeria, hands down the worst logistics provider you can find
Speedaf Nigeria should receive an award for giving me my worst dispatch experience ever. I ordered something from Temu, I was tracking and saw the package had gotten to Port Harcourt (on like Saturday). On Sunday morning they called me by 9 am to come for pickup (mind you, I was in church). I told them I couldn't pickup right away, then they said I should come by 12, which I couldn't meet up either. The dispatch person said he'd be there till 3pm so I called him around 2 he told me to meet him there in 20 minutes. I went there and called him, he asked me to wait. I waited at a restaurant and called this guy at intervals for more than 30 minutes he busied by calls throughout and I just left out of frustration. This same person called me by past 5 (when we were supposed to meet by to-3). They told me to come again on Tuesday (today) and I've come the first time they said they're not around and I should have called them before coming out. No problem too, I went back home called this guy again before coming out and he said he'd be there in 10 minutes. I came out to the pickup location the second time, call this guy and he wasn't picking. Spent close to 10 minutes calling both he and some lady from Temu that called me the day before to come for pickup the next day (today, Tuesday). After sometime the guy finally picks and tells me "he's coming, he's close". As at the time of this writing he hasn't still arrived. They (speedaf) are anything but reliable. Their dispatch guys lie about where they are, tell customers to come out, wait, and get disappointed multiple times for just one delivery. They honestly are not ready to do business.
