Ordered a pair of size 11 shoes
Ordered a pair of size 11 shoes. Received size 10.5. Customer service said the order was correct. They’re wrong. No exchanges. Too much hassle to go through their refund process. I’m sure someone can wear them. Never again would I do business with these folks.
