Absolutely Horrible customer service
Absolutely Horrible customer service. If you have problems they act like they are doing you a favor. They come across as kids with no formal business training and customer service skills. It rather insulting.... Lacking maturity on their part reminds me of kids and a summer lemonade stand…. NEVER AGAIN! UPDATE 6/3/2026: This dispute centered around the fact that the replacement license never worked. We will not be doing any further future business with this company.
