Fantastic Company!
From beginning to end, Brilliance was a terrific company to buy an engagement ring from. Customer service was excellent and I was given a huge discount at checkout that I did not expect. When there was a slight issue with the diamond I chose, they replaced it with a slightly better one without charging me extra. Communication was also great and I was always made aware of how my ring was doing and where it was. The ring arrived earlier than expected and it was packaged well. And the ring itself was absolutely beautiful! There's literally not a single bad thing I can say about Brilliance. I will definitely be recommending this company to anyone looking for a ring!
