Worthy never followed through with their scheduled appt
I reached out to them and provided and appraisal for a ring that I wanted to sell. They setup a time to make a phone call with one of their reps at 10:15 am and I received several text reminders. They NEVER called and I waited 2 hours and then reached out to them with no response. I emailed them rep that was supposed to call me and she never responded and then I got a "cancelled" email 2 hours after the appointment. No one has ever followed up or explained why it was cancelled. Will not use them going forward.
