Double payment with link that they sent
I signed up for a €16 promotional plan. They emailed me a link to complete the plan, but they charged me another €30 without my knowledge. I activated the "Shopping List" for €19.00, but it doesn't work. It's a complete scam. I filed a complaint because I'm also receiving emails to activate the plan. The service is highly unprofessional and fraudulent. I've asked for a refund, but they remain vague and unresponsive to the evidence I've sent to support the claims made above. Avoid wasting money.
