Membership Exceeds Expectations
I have always experienced great customer service from RS! However since joining the membership, not only is the member discount and expedited shipping a huge benefit but my experience with George and covering reps when he is unavailable have been exceptional. Most recently, I worked with him on an order that he processed while I was traveling and it shipped within a couple of days vs weeks. This is a testament to RS living up to the described benefits of being a member!
