GREAT Customer Service with Robert and Co.
I worked with Robert, the Lead Technical Support Representative, on an issue with my Evo desktop laser. He was very prompt with replies, gave me great advice on troubleshooting, and took care of myself and my students to get a great machine in our hands. I chose Boss because I had positive previous experiences with their machines and because of the awesome customer experience. Cannot recommend them enough for the work Robert and the team put in to go above and beyond to make things as they should be. Very satisfied customer and will purchase from again in the future.
