Doesn't Honor Warranty…
I ordered two personalized mugs as Mother's Day gifts. They were both perfect except when one of the gifts was opened, one of the mugs had a chip on the rim. The ordered arrived after Mother's Day as expected. I've emailed them twice at their support web site asking for an exact replacement as guaranteed by their 60 day warranty. I have not received a response from the company.
