When my personalized pet mat got here (sooner than I expected) it was just as pretty and the name were accurate on each pet. It was a gift and she almost cried when she saw the names. I didn't save my order number, also didn't recognize the charge on my credit card. Reached out to customer service. Within an hour had a reply from MARY. After some info she requested she was able to find my order and give me the tracking number. All of this in the middle of the night and resolved within 2 hours!! Absolutely wonderful customer service and I will be ordering from them again. Can't wait to get my personalized cat mat and will provide more feed back.
