Absolute incompetence. Asked IBKR to transfer ISA type A. IBKR transferred ISA type B (which they had no authorization for). No verification, and no apology or even acknowledge of their mistake. Documentation shows their mistake clearly but still had to engage lawyer as they did not rectify it. Untrustworthy. Irresponsible.
