Positive Experience!
The overall service is easy and user friendly! I was able to fill out all of the forms with ease and the steps were made clear to me as I moved through the process! I appreciate this! I also had an excellent Licensed Mental Heath Counselor--she was helpful, kind, and easy to work with. I was grateful for that. The only critique I have if of the Receptive Health Portal. Any updates made to your profile become a tedious task. Changing my password became more difficult than solving a puzzle, and the overall experience on Receptive Health is quite outdated and not at all user-friendly. I know that this is separate from Pettable's services, but the pairing felt off to me--one is easy to use and the other is confusing and outdated. Apart from that, the experience was positive and the results speak for themselves. Thank you, Pettable!
