If there was 0 stars I would give it. If you want to efficiently and successfully field calls and texts for your business then go elsewhere. The customer service is terrible and you'll be on hold for most of the call. Their pricing is not accurate at all. It's supposed to be 7.99 a month for the annual plan which should equal less than $100 a year and I'm charged upwards of 3-400 while not being able to send texts. It doesn't work well with Carplay at all and will freeze Carplay half the time a call comes through. Calls drop constantly or don't even come through. Overall this company is dogshit and I would heavily advise you to go somewhere else if you want to be happy.
