very helpful customer service (rare these days)
the stand to my tablet that I've had for 4+ years broke, tablet is still trucking but I couldn't find a replacement stand. After looking around and being unable to find it, I emailed the support team and got a confirmation that the product is out of stock and there are no plans to restock it, but gave me the info i needed on the mount type so I could go look for alternate options! Very easily found a ton of options with the information given and ended up finding a desk arm that's compatible that I think will be much better for my spine than the table stand it came with initially.
