SCAM company! Beware!!
Beyond disappointed with this company and will be sharing my negative experience on all of my social media and everywhere I can. I spent 140$ on some jersey shirts from Nerdywave and ordered 2 sizes up because of other reviews I read saying to size up and I was wanting the oversized look. The ones I received are labeled as 3x, but they are EXTREMELY small, more like xl. They don’t even fit me at all. Comparing them to my other 3x shirts you can see the drastic difference in sizes. I contacted the company wanting to return so I can re-order the correct sizes I need, and was offered 20% off my next purchase. I was shocked and extremely offended by this offer and told them no. They have a 30 day money back guarantee they need to honor. The next email from them I was offered to reship the items in a differnt size and pay the shipping fee, or 10% refund. I was obviously shocked by this as well. I don’t want this merchandise from this scam of a company anymore, so I said no to that as well. It’s been 48 hours and I still haven’t received any response back now, even though they were responding pretty quickly all the times before. I’m most likely going to have to dispute this with my bank for false advertising of product and for trying to reach out to them multiple times to resolve this and have them honor the 30 day money back guarantee they have on their site. This company is a SCAM and I will be posting the videos of this on all of my social medias. Please don’t order from this scam company!!!
