Customer Satisfaction NOT Guaranteed
This company has terrible customer service and try to keep your money AND the product when you make a return. I returned a $500 product two months ago (abiding by their strict 30-day return window) AND paying for the return shipping and still have not received my refund. They just keep replying to my emails with "thank you for your patience, we will get back to you as soon as possible." So we are out $532 and they got their unused product back to sell to another person. DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY.
