WORST PLATFORM EVER
IBKR Desktop is the WORST trading platform I have EVER USED. It was working perfectly fine and then they rolled out a new update and it started crashing on me all the time. I had a support ticket open for almost a month giving them anything and everything possible to help diagnose the issue. Not once, not twice, but three times the program crashed out on me while I was in a trade and by the time I got logged back in I was down hundreds. The support has completely stopped responding to me whatsoever. Unless IBKR fixes the program and credits back the money they cheated me out of, I will NEVER use them again. Their unreliable program has SCAMMED me out of a lot of money and they can't even be bothered to try diagnosing the issue anymore. Hey Interactive Brokers, I'm reporting your ass to FINRA, SEC and SIPC!!!!
