Do not buy boingo
Expensive, and terrible. Boingo is slow and barely works at any point. It is the most inconsistent and terrible internet provider I have ever been forced to use. If I had literally any other choice I would use anything else but sadly Boingo has a monopoly which it uses to exploit military members with its terrible, expensive, and slow service which frequently cuts out. If you have any other option, please take it
