NOVELSHIP TOOK MY MONEY AND CALLED IT A RETURN POLICY
⚠️ WARNING: Think twice before buying from @Novelship I purchased a MIU MIU blazer on 12 May for MYR 2,726. It took over THREE WEEKS to arrive because of their own seller fulfilment issue. When it finally arrived on 4 June, it was the wrong size. The item is unused. Unworn. Tags intact. I contacted them immediately. Their response? A refund of MYR 1,783 — nearly RM1,000 less than I paid — with zero explanation. When I asked twice for an itemised breakdown of the deduction, they responded both times with "various factors assessed by our Finance team." That is not an answer. They then told me MYR 1,783 is their "final assessed amount" and that I can take it or leave it. So to summarise: — I waited 3+ weeks for delivery due to THEIR fulfilment failure — Item arrived wrong size — Item is unused and in perfect condition — They are withholding nearly RM1,000 of my money with no explanation — They have refused twice to tell me how they calculated this This is not a return policy. This is taking a customer's money and hoping they go away quietly. I have filed a formal complaint with CASE (Consumers Association of Singapore) and will be pursuing this further.
