If I could give them less than one, Star, I would I was really excited when I signed up, but I was never able to access my account. I got stuck in a loop. I'll take the quiz. I reached out to customer service both by text and email and phone and was always in a loop as well. I never got a confirmation that they received my order. I did get a shipment however it did not have the packing slip with the list of items nor did it have the recipes finally, I contacted them. They were able to get me a PDF file of what I had actually ordered and then I told him I wanted to cancel because of my experience they didn't and now I see on my credit card another $120 was taken out I'm receiving a box with surprise items cause I didn't get to choose nor was I told what I'd be getting. I don't even know when it'll be here. They finally canceled my account but I'm $270 later stay away from this company.
