06/06/2026 They Can’t Ship I ordered the artisan berries for our 48th anniversary. When I got them the cold bags had thawed and ALL of the strawberries were broken. Needless to say it wasn’t what we expected on our anniversary. I called customer service and was told they would refill the order and overnight it. I received the order the next day, Saturday. The freezer bags were still frozen. That was a great sign. There was no damage to the boxes on either delivery. However we opened the nice looking box on the overnight delivery we found all of the chocolate coatings were broken off again. This time they were not smashed but they were destroyed. For the price I paid I expected to receive a product intact. I took pictures but Sharies Berries was not interested. I would say their quality control was horrible. Two orders, one a replacement order both ruined. I strongly suggest you order from someone Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
