Flooded locker
Flooded locker, been a loyal customer and felt the customer service in-store this week was very defensive and verging on aggressive. So I had lots of my belongings water damaged, and clearly empathy is not to be expected. Really made a stressful time much worse. I understand these things happen but the way it was dealt with was shockingly poor. Vacating this facility to another asap. Avoid avoid avoid!!!!!!!!!
