My experience with JJ’s House was extremely disappointing. When I placed my order, I was informed that the dress would take about a month to arrive. Since the delivery time was much longer than expected, I decided to cancel the order just a few days later, before it had even been shipped. To my surprise, I was told that I would not receive any refund because my cancellation was submitted more than 120 hours after placing the order. As a result, I ended up with neither the dress nor my money back. What makes this even more frustrating is that JJ’s House states on its website that customers can return products within 15days. If customers are allowed to return a product after receiving it, I do not understand why I was denied a refund after cancelling an order before it was even shipped. As a customer in Germany, I expect online retailers to respect consumer rights and provide fair and transparent cancellation policies. In my case, the policy felt unreasonable and unfair. I would also like to mention my experience with the online customer service representative, Keith. Unfortunately, she was not helpful and showed very little willingness to assist. Instead of helping to resolve the issue, her responses only made the situation more frustrating. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with JJ’s House. I paid for a dress, received nothing, and was denied a refund despite cancelling before shipment. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
