Great Qidi tech support from Alan
I’ve owned a Q1 Pro since 2024 and a Q2 and box combo since 2025. I’ve had to contact Qidi tech support a few times and received quick reply’s with solutions. Alan has been the person that’s helped me solve my issues. He understands the problems I’m having and has provided parts or firmware fixes needed. Thank you Alan
