Extremely frustrating experience
Extremely frustrating experience. My order was declined, yet the funds remained unavailable in my account for an extended period. I had to chase customer support for answers and was told to wait for my bank to process the reversal. The lack of clear communication and transparency made the whole process stressful. I expected a smoother experience, especially when no order was approved. Would not recommend based on my experience.
