Good idea, but the overall experience needs improvement
I had high expectations based on the reviews and information available, but my experience was unfortunately below what I expected. The service itself has potential, and I can see why some customers have had positive experiences. However, I ran into several issues that made the process more frustrating than it needed to be. Communication wasn't always clear, responses took longer than expected, and there were times when I felt uncertain about what was happening next. What disappointed me most was the lack of consistency. Some parts of the experience were smooth, while others felt unorganized and left me searching for answers on my own. As a customer, I value transparency and timely support, and that's an area where I think significant improvement is needed. I'm not saying the company is bad, but I do believe there is room for improvement in customer service, communication, and overall user experience. Hopefully these issues can be addressed because the underlying product/service does seem promising.
