0 stars don't waste your time
This has to be the worst and most frustrating experience I have had with a company. Ordered a product on may 9th, payed for expedited shipping 5-7 business days. After 2 weeks 0 tracking or update so I reach out with apologies we have made more sales than we can keep up with it will be finished asap. Fine but you missed the deadline and now my gift will not be delivered in the expected time frame please refund my shipping fees. Sorry we can't do that please accept a gift instead. I am not interested in a gift they say there is nothing they can do and off $5 refund or a second gift with my order. Do NOT purchase anything from this horrible company that has 0 customer service or understanding of how to operate a business. They will only disappoint you and today june 8th I still have not received my order. Absolute waste of time!
