Subscription reversal and cancellation.
Started off with a bot, which worked fantastic, and when I had additional questions was taken over by Gilbert, again excellent. Fast and clear communication, simple process, and overall willingness to help me and resolve my request even though my issue was completely my own fault. Excellent excellent. Loved the product while I was using it at well.
